High guys... I'm just wondering if and when the Ariser air II might be available at your shop? I bought some spare batteries for my original Ariser air from you guys quite some time ago, and I'd like to give you my business today. Unfortunately the unit I want is on sale and sold out. I have a Solo and have been enjoying it for a few years. I am considering getting a new vaporizer. The air11 has a interchangeable battery and the Solo11 has increased battery life. Trying to decide on which one would be an improvement over the original Solo or just be happy and keep the Solo and replace it when it dies.

So I just received the Air 2 and have been using it for a few days. It has this really annoying whistle noise every time I pull. Is it supposed to do that? I'm considering returning it on that basis alone.

I'm considering an Air II to complement my POTV One, mainly so I can have a portable vape with an interchangeable battery. The instructions mention not putting in the glass stems until the unit is preheated. As this isn't something I have to deal with on the POTV One, I'm curious when/at what temperature you'd recommend inserting the glass for optimal operation. Thanks!
